1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any service provided by WPLook Studio (“WPLook,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
WPLook provides web hosting, managed WordPress hosting, and domain registration services. All services are subject to the terms outlined below and our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Account Activation
Hosting accounts are typically activated within 24 hours of receiving payment. WPLook reserves the right to delay activation for fraud screening purposes.
5. Payment and Billing
All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, or biennial) depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize WPLook to charge your payment method at each renewal date.
Accounts with invoices unpaid for more than 3 days may be suspended. Accounts with invoices unpaid for more than 14 days may be terminated without notice.
6. Automatic Renewal
All hosting plans and domain registrations renew automatically. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your client portal. Cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
7. Refund Policy — Hosting
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by submitting a support request. This guarantee applies to the first payment only and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, or add-on services.
8. Refund Policy — Domain Names
Domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable under all circumstances, without exception. Once a domain transaction is processed, it cannot be reversed. This applies regardless of whether the domain is used, transferred, or cancelled.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting account at any time through the client portal. Upon cancellation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers, including any backups maintained by WPLook.
10. Backups and Data Loss
While WPLook performs routine backups as a courtesy, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. WPLook is not liable for any loss of data, files, or content residing on your account.
11. Service Availability
WPLook strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. Account Security
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account, including any misuse by unauthorized parties. WPLook is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
13. Domain Transfers
Domain names may be transferred away from WPLook provided the account is in good standing with no outstanding invoices. Standard ICANN transfer policies apply.
14. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you upload to your hosting account. WPLook retains ownership of its platform, branding, and proprietary technology.
15. Limitation of Liability
WPLook’s total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim. WPLook is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
17. Changes to Terms
WPLook reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
