Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all hosting services provided by WPLook Studio (“WPLook”). By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

All services must be used for lawful purposes only. You may not use WPLook hosting to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that is illegal under Canadian, US, or international law.

  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Illegal gambling or fraudulent schemes
  • Proxy or anonymizer services
  • Cryptocurrency mining scripts

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending unsolicited email, bulk email, or spam of any kind
  • Running IRC bots, chat servers, or game servers
  • Running background processes, daemons, or cron jobs that consume excessive resources
  • Port scanning, network probing, or any form of unauthorized access to other systems
  • Using the hosting account primarily for file storage or distribution

4. Email Usage

WPLook maintains a zero-tolerance policy against spam. Email sending is limited to 200 messages per hour per account. Accounts found sending spam or unsolicited bulk email will be terminated immediately.

5. Resource Usage

Hosting accounts are intended for websites and web applications. Individual accounts must not consume more than 5% of shared server resources (CPU, memory, I/O) on a sustained basis. Accounts that negatively impact server performance for other users may be throttled or suspended.

Storage must consist primarily of web content. Accounts may not use more than 10% of their disk quota for media archives (MP3, video, audio files) unrelated to website content.

6. File Hosting

Using your account as a file repository, backup storage, or file-sharing service is not permitted. All files must be directly related to your website.

7. Security

You are responsible for keeping your website software, plugins, and themes up to date. Accounts found to be compromised or distributing malware will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

8. Cooperation with Authorities

WPLook will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating suspected criminal activity. We may disclose account information when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

9. Enforcement

WPLook reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, with or without prior notice. In cases of severe violation, no refund will be provided. We may also remove any content that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be in violation of this policy.

10. Reporting Violations
